1. General Information

Due to the nature of our products (freshly prepared and perishable food items), returns and exchanges are generally not possible.


2. No Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

In accordance with ยง 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 2 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for:

  • Perishable goods
  • Individually prepared food items
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

๐Ÿ‘‰ Therefore, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or returned.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

4. Refund / Replacement

After verification, we will offer:

  • โœ” Replacement of the product, or
  • โœ” Partial or full refund (depending on the issue)

Refunds will be processed within 3โ€“5 working days via the original payment method.


5. Food Quality & Storage

Our products are freshly prepared. Please ensure:

  • Proper storage (as advised)
  • Consumption within recommended time

We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage or delayed consumption.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before preparation begins
  • Once preparation has started, cancellation is not possible
