OVERVIEW

Welcome to Nutri Bliss!
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nutri Bliss. Nutri Bliss operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for your account and credentials.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

  • We sell freshly prepared homemade food products.
  • Product appearance may vary (handmade nature).
  • Availability may change depending on ingredients and production.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

  • By placing an order, you make a binding offer.
  • The contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • All prices are in EUR (€).
  • According to §19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung):

SECTION 5 – DELIVERY & PICKUP

  • Delivery or pickup options are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates only.
  • Customer must ensure availability for delivery/pickup.

👉 Risk transfers upon handover of goods.

SECTION 6 – NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to §312g Abs. 2 Nr. 2 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for:

  • Perishable goods
  • Freshly prepared food
  • Hygienic sealed goods (once opened)

👉 Orders cannot be cancelled after preparation begins.

SECTION 7 – COMPLAINTS & REFUNDS

If you receive:

  • Damaged goods
  • Wrong items

You must contact us within 24 hours with photo proof.

We may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Partial or full refund

SECTION 8 – FOOD SAFETY & STORAGE

  • Products must be stored properly.
  • Consumption within recommended time is required.

👉 We are not liable for improper storage or delayed consumption.

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (logos, images, text) belongs to Nutri Bliss or licensors.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.

SECTION 10 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide third-party tools “as is” without warranties.

SECTION 11 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

SECTION 12 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is powered by Shopify.
However, all purchases are made directly with Nutri Bliss.

SECTION 13 – PRIVACY

SECTION 14 – FEEDBACK

Any feedback you provide may be used by us without compensation.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders.

You may not:

  • Violate rights
  • Upload harmful code
  • Misuse the platform

SECTION 17 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if Terms are violated.

SECTION 19 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are liable only for:

  • Gross negligence

Liability is limited under applicable German law.

You agree to indemnify Nutri Bliss and Shopify against claims arising from misuse.

SECTION 21 – SEVERABILITY

If any clause is invalid, the rest remain valid.
