Ingredients
Roasted Semolina (Sooji), Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Green Chili, Ginger, Salt, Asafoetida (Hing), Sugar, Citric Acid, Vegetable Oil.
Preparation Method
Easy Preparation (Serves 2)
- Bring 500 ml water to boil.
- Add 1-2 tsp oil or ghee (optional).
- Add chopped onion (optional).
- Slowly add 200 g Upma Premix while stirring continuously.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes on low heat.
